Okay, so this was a completely happy accident lol!!! Had a moment of inspiration and it worked!!! Whoot!!! Here are the details! Try it on top of a salad or paired with some veggies or your favourite side:

🌱Dollop of butter (something between a teaspoon and tablespoon
🌿Touch of olive oil
🌿begin to melt together
🌿add fresh sage (yes the herb)
🌿add a can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas) rinsed and drained well
🌿salt and pepper to taste
🌿simmer till the flavour is “just right”
🌿serve with a smile 😃
