In a world full of waist trainers and weird teas/juices and shakes… We believe in the REAL thought that you should just eat well and exercise…. Seriously, aren’t you tired of the bullshit? Someone you know who is not in great health is currently trying to sell you some kind of lotion, potion or pill. All while trying to convince you that it will change your health, your life and your waistline and alll for just 28 days or 6 payments of blah blah blah…. UGH!!!

Been there…. Tried that…

We are here to tell you that all of that processed “STUFF” will NEVER ever actually get you ACTUAL results…

So why not just begin… Get up RIGHT now and give yourself 30 seconds of squats, 30 seconds of push-ups (against the wall is fine) and hold a 30 second plank… Ummm now please….. GO!

Feel better…? Okay now go to your shopping list, add some actual veggies to it… NOTHING crazy (fresh or frozen!) but something more than what you are currently taking (The truth is that a shocking 94% of us have a nutrient deficiency!) … Aim for 5 servings tomorrow (one apple is one serving- your fist 👊 = equals one serving)

Now drink some water…. refill that bottle and finish that… aim for 2-3 refillable bottles per day… no… coffee doesn’t count… (nice try though😉) herbal tea is okay though… just keep working towards better hydration… Make your water-bottle something that you carry as often as your phone.

Repeat tomorrow…. and the next day…. and the next day…. AND… well, you get the point…. Forgive yourself when you fall short and reward yourself when you do well and achieve a goal (think candle, mani/pedi or non-food stuff- don’t reward yourself with food! You are not a puppy!)

Once you’ve created some habits with the first stuff then it’s time to write down some bigger goals… What’s burning deep within your heart…? What have you ALWAYS wanted? Yup! That one!!! Stay there! WHO cares if it’s a BIG goal! The bigger the BETTER we say! Got it…? No…. don’t switch it for something “safe” nooooo! No! NO!!!! Go BIGGER!! Don’t be scared! Now SAY it OUTLOUD…… seriously… NOW please…. (Yes in front of them…lol… even better!)

 

Now go write it down…and place it somewhere you will see 👀 it everyday! Think sticky note on mirror kinda thing… Remember that saying “Seeing IS believing”” ? Of course you do!! This is the trick… What gets measured always IMPROVES!

 

Seeing your goal everyday EVEN when you don’t currently believe it… it will trick your mind into believing that it is true… thus… it becomes true… Don’t believe us? Try it… Write down something….  however write it down like it’s already happened… for instance “I am fit and strong” … Stating the “I am” creates reality… Say “Thank you” OUT LOUD everyday (seriously!) soon your unconscious mind who hears everything will start to believe it…. and BELIEVING that you are ______(insert your goal here) “fit  and strong”  your body will start to react.

Sometimes we want to believe that some secret item will give us the fountain of youth and an ideal body… The truth is (the REAL secret!) Success is found on what we do day in and day out… One workout will make you sore and want to give up, while many small daily workouts will begin to change your body… We eat 21 meals per week, so make 19 of them healthy! Begin to rethink your “all in or all out” philosophy!  Instead try “Small Wins Daily”
